（中央社華盛頓2日綜合外電報導）美國總統當選人川普今天指出，中華民國總統蔡英文今天致電祝賀他勝選。他在推特發文說：「台灣的總統今天打電話給我，道賀我贏得總統選舉。謝謝妳！」
路透社報導，川普（Donald Trump）跟蔡總統通話，是美國前總統卡特（Jimmy Carter）1979年採行「一個中國」政策以來，美國總統當選人或美國總統與台灣的總統首度展開類似聯繫。
